Since its inception in 1993, Aleya International has been driven by the determination and foresight of its Managing Director. With a profound commitment to building a healthier, more prosperous nation, the Managing Director has consistently pushed boundaries, embracing innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility as the cornerstones of success. This journey has not only contributed to the nation’s agro-industrial landscape but has also left an indelible mark on education, healthcare, and community development.
Born with a deep sense of purpose and entrepreneurial spirit, the Managing Director envisioned a future where quality food, and essential resources could be made accessible to all. With this mission in mind, Aleya International began its journey in 1993, focusing on providing low-cost yet high-quality food and agricultural products. This initial vision has since evolved into a thriving group of companies that touch various aspects of life, from agro-industries to education and beyond. Under the Managing Director’s leadership, the group has transformed the standards of poultry farming in Bangladesh.
Over the years, the Managing Director has led Aleya Group to diversify its portfolio, establishing companies like Rafi Woven Bags Industries Ltd., which produces premium-quality PP woven bags using state-of-the-art Chinese and Korean machinery. The company not only meets domestic demand but is also poised to enter the international export market.
The group’s contributions extend beyond agriculture and manufacturing. In 2012, the Managing Director founded schools, colleges and madrasas to foster education and empower the next generation. The educational institutions founded and sponsored by our Managing Director played pivotal role in building a more educated and enlightened society, reflecting his belief that education is the backbone of national development.
The Managing Director’s vision extends far beyond business. Deeply committed to social welfare, the group has initiated numerous projects aimed at improving the quality of life for communities across Bangladesh. His every endeavor, including spearheading sustainable farming initiatives, is guided by the principles of inclusivity and progress.
The Managing Director is also actively involved in Rotary International, having been recognized for various performances and initiatives within Districts 3280 and 3281 since 1994. These efforts highlight a lifelong dedication to service and community development.
A firm believer in the value of global exposure, the Managing Director has traveled to over 40 countries across Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia. These journeys have provided invaluable insights into global best practices, enabling the integration of advanced technologies and innovative approaches into the group’s operations. From studying cutting-edge agro-technologies in Japan to exploring sustainable business models in Europe, these experiences have enriched the group’s vision and strategy.
The Managing Director’s contributions to the agro-industry have set new benchmarks for productivity and sustainability. By adopting high-tech solutions and prioritizing ethical practices, the group has played a crucial role in addressing the nutritional needs of the nation. As per FAO recommendations, an individual requires 104 eggs and 18-20 kg of meat annually for optimal health. Aleya Group’s initiatives have significantly improved accessibility to these essential resources, supporting the goal of a healthier population.
The group is also working on establishing modern hatcheries—Aleya Hatchery Ltd. and Aleya Motshow Hatchery—to produce high-quality chicks and fries. These projects are poised to revolutionize the poultry and fisheries sectors, further solidifying the Managing Director’s legacy as a pioneer in agro-industries.
With an unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility, the Managing Director envisions a future where Aleya Group stands as a symbol of excellence, both nationally and globally. Plans are underway to expand the group’s footprint in international markets while continuing to enhance domestic operations. From advancing agro-technologies to fostering education and community welfare, the group is dedicated to shaping a brighter, more prosperous future.
